UI/Ux Designer
We are looking for a CTO with deep understanding of bitcoin, to design, build and supervise bitceptron’s products and services, via establishing and managing a team of engineers and designers.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of user interfaces across desktop, web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Translate complex workflows into user-friendly, visually compelling designs that enhance usability and engagement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Advocate for a user-centric approach in all stages of the product development lifecycle.
Provide mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct usability testing and leverage analytics to gather insights and validate design decisions. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
Practical knowledge of cognitive psychology in designing human centric products and processes.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, including desktop, web and mobile projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
